Important Meeting Announcement - Vote on Fund Reallocation

I hope this message finds you well. Due to the tremendous success of our recent CommuteAir employer site in Houston, TX, we have identified the need to enhance our support for our club members. Considering this, Arnold and I would like to propose reallocating funds from the Student Events fund to the ERAU Logistical Support and Club Swag fund.

The proposed reallocation amount is the following:

$2,000 from Student Events > ERAU Logistics Support - To further allow Arnold and me to attend the Career Ready Club in-person events and provide you with professional development and networking with industry leaders.

$2,000 from Students Events > Club Swag - As our club continues to grow, we want to ensure we have club funds available to provide as many members as we can with club swag regardless of their geographical location.

Following the reallocation, the Student Events line item will be at $3,000, which still allows us to provide food, transportation (if needed for a group of club members), and additional logistics required for the event. 

The details of the meeting to reallocate the funds are as follows: 

Date: November 28th

Time: 2:00PM ET (Immediately following the Optimizing your LinkedIn Profile Info Session)

Location: Via Zoom

We encourage all C.A.R.E.E.R Ready Club members to attend this meeting, as your presence is vital for a successful vote on the proposed fund reallocation. Your voice and perspective matter, and we want to ensure that every member has the opportunity to contribute to this important decision.
