Mission
The mission of the C.A.R.E.E.R. Ready Club is to assist with enhancing industry knowledge, developing students’ career competencies or soft skills, as well as offering virtual and in-person opportunities to engage with industry professionals through Info Sessions and in-person employer site visits.

Membership Benefits
Joining CAREER Ready offers many benefits including:

· Availability of student networking opportunities to build professional networks and make it easier to land employment opportunities.

· Expanded industry knowledge, helping students gain a better understanding of relevant career opportunities and required skills.

· Training on free ERAU career resources to assist with identifying career goals, developing a career strategy, and navigating a career path.

· Encouragement to participate in professional development and professional affiliations to enhance industry knowledge, skills, and personal marketability.

Club/Organization Requirements

All members must maintain a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA.

*New students can be admitted into the club/organization. However, the student must maintain a 2.0 cumulative GPA following their first completed term to retain their status as a current member of the club/organization.
