Join us for an exciting virtual info session on “Behind the Radar: Inside the High-Stakes World of Air Traffic Controllers” with Mark Ward, ERAU alum and retired Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Director.

With over 35 years of Air Traffic experience in air traffic operations, safety, airspace, procedures, and systems operations, our guest presenter has worked in 4 of the Air Route Traffic Control Centers (ARTCCs), including Indianapolis Center, Chicago Center, New York Center and Atlanta Center as well as supervisory experience at the ARTCC and regional levels.

In addition, Mark is also a corporate/charter pilot with Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) credentials, as well as a trained safety management system (SMS) professional, speaker, and an Associate Instructor for Aircraft Accident Investigation since 2004 for Transportation Safety Institute.
