The Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Virtual Student Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (ERAU SHRM) is dedicated to fostering professional growth, academic excellence, and career readiness among future HR leaders. Our mission is to provide our students with a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative virtual platform that empowers them to develop essential skills, connect with HR practitioners, and engage in meaningful discussions on human resource management practices. Through mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities, the chapter seeks to connect education with the evolving HR landscape, preparing members to excel as ethical, knowledgeable, and impactful HR professionals.
