Learn how to develop a business plan that can guide the launch and growth of a small business. This introductory webinar explores the key components of a business plan and helps participants develop an outline for their business strategy.
The organizer states that participants can ask questions through chat during the session. Attendees may also receive a completion certificate and a copy of the presentation slides. This live webinar will not be recorded.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR ERAU STUDENTS
Use the concepts from this webinar to begin outlining a business plan for a drone-services company, aviation technology venture, or another entrepreneurial idea. Students interested in innovation within an established aviation company can also consider how a structured business plan helps communicate a proposed initiative.
