RSO Budget Allocations

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide (hereafter referred to as ERAU - WW) RSO are eligible for allocated RSO funding from the Student Government Association (hereafter referred to as SGA) and made available to support clubs/organizations for activities, programs, resources, services, or events that enhance the cultural, recreational, social, and/or intellectual life of Embry-Riddle Worldwide students through eUnion.

Finding Your Budget

The Department of Student Engagement has updated our Annual Budget Allocation process for the FY 25-26. With the new process, your annual allocation comes pre-loaded into your individual organization’s eUnion page.

In your Group Section, click the Money tab (pictured below) in the left-hand side menu, followed by the Accounting Book tab from the drop-down menu. This page will allow you to see what your annual Budget Allocation is for the current spending cycle and allow you to make Payment Requests from your available allocation.
