Studying Abroad embraces and provides the unquestionable benefits of cultural exposure through international travel in today’s increasing globalization. Embry-Riddle offers its students a wealth of opportunities to study abroad with unique experiences that enrich their academic, professional, and personal lives. Students who meet the qualification criteria have unique opportunities to take a variety of two-to-six week summer programs worldwide. In addition, students may be able to participate in a semester or year-long student exchange program through partner schools that will be directly applicable to their degree programs at Embry-Riddle. Undergraduate Opportunities

RISE stands for Research Internships in Science and Engineering, and this program offers undergraduate students from North American, British, and Irish universities the opportunity to complete a summer research internship at top German universities and research institutions. RISE Germany is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, and this opportunity is open to both ERAU U.S. Citizens and International Students.

Graduate Opportunities

RISE stands for Research Internships in Science and Engineering, and this program offers summer research internships in Germany to Master’s and Ph.D. students from the United States, Canada, Great Britain, or Ireland at companies and non-university research institutions with strong relations to the industry. RISE Professional is funded by the German Federal Foreign Office, and this opportunity is open to both ERAU U.S. Citizens and International Students.
